[Cyborg] LIST WILL SHUT DOWN IN JANUARY

Yeah, I love getting it too.  So if we could transition to something 
which requires less admin, that would be keen.

Anyone know of anything good?  I'm thinking maybe a google group, or 
similar?  I don't know what admin/spam is like for those either though.
