I fired up the printer tonight with the help of Milo and Rubin. It works
with a few issues.

Test prints are not getting enough water in the water coating stage. The
service manual suggests that the water filter may need to be replaced (among
many other suggestions). If the water filter is clogged, then that would
explain why water isn't reaching the coating stage.

We could buy a water filter...

I found this 'deal' for 2 water filters for $45+11 shipping:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Lot-of-2-NEW-Fujifilm-Water-Filter-FUJ-1985-FAZAA-NICE_W0QQitemZ350170271166QQcmdZViewItem?rvr_id=&itemid=350170271166#ht_2005wt_1167

Thats the best price I could find.

If the water filter isn't responsible, it may be a few other components that
need cleaning. It may be that a modest kink in one of the surgical tubes is
preventing water flow. I tried to unkink it.

There is a whole flow chart of diagnostic procedures in the service manual
on page 4-86

Worst case scenario, the water pump needs replacement. It looks like a
standard pump, maybe even noisebridge serviceable.

Downloaded the OS X fuji driver for Tiger from page 2 of this link:
http://www.fujifilmusa.com/support/ServiceSupportBrowse.do?prodcat=474433&sscucatid=664260

The SCSI card does not look promising because its not an Adaptec. Its worth
a try once the test print comes out properly.
