[Darkroom] Making the darkroom dark -- suggestions?

I like the idea of having an actual ceiling on this.  It seems a lot
easier to make it light-tight.  And since proper ventilation is
something I've let stand in the way of finishing this, I'm leaning
toward any solution that will simplify this.
