[Darkroom] Agfa Manual

Hey kids!

I (finally) scanned the Agfa manual and added it to the wiki under a new
page. I also included the Agfa in the main equipment page as well. Lastly, I
looked through the manual kind of quickly, and added links to spare parts
and some non-chemistry related consumables for our new toy. If someone more
familiar with the right C41 chemistry to get for this sexy beast can add
that shiznit into the wiki, I'd be sooooooo happy. The new wiki page is
