[Darkroom] Sink table

Looks like we didn't discuss vinyl at all. It seems totally plausible
that it would be stable for everything we might want to do but I just
want to make sure. Although, one definitely downside is that vinyl is
burnable.  I mean, not that I would be burning things in the darkroom
sink on purpose, but it seems... really quite fathomable.
