I've cleaned up the page a bit removed a bunch of stuff dealing with
build out since 99% of it isn't relevant anymore.

Speaking of which, look at what we've accomplished, only took two years. :P

Also removed pledged funds as that's mostly moot now.

I've added in Darkroom Guidelines. I'd like to print this and sick it on
the door for those who are new to the darkroom and would like to use it.
I sent out an email a while ago with somethings similar but couldn't
find it and just ended up drafting a new one which is hopefully less
aggressive and more upbeat and positive (or so my doctors advise me to
do). Please take a look and let me know what you all think!

Additionally I've created a Google Calendar for the darkroom. I've
created this not because I feel like we need to avoid scheduling
conflicts, but because last night I noticed a strong want to work on
photography projects while others were also using the space (Lilia and
Craig). This prompted me to poke them about when they were thinking of
doing things again, which then prompted me to just make the calendar.

I've gone ahead and added some folks who post on this list to the
Calendar. If you didn't get a calendar invite, please ping me and I'll
add you in.

Disclaimer: I'm not telling anyone they have to add in their darkroom
time into the calendar to use it, I'm simply pointing out it's a nice
way of telling others know if you'll be around, great way to start
collaboration and have a photog buddy to keep you company.
