[Darkroom] noisebridge / 35mm negative scanner

Yeah, I think we could use a wiki page on all of the options at this
point. There's a minolta USB film scanner that just needs a loader, so
that's probably the easiest. And there's a scsi one that would be a
real hassle to set up. I have another scsi one I've been meaning to
bring by that has a scsi to usb adapter so that's a little easier. I
believe the flatbed works best with Windows but can be used with Linux
or mac as well.
