[Darkroom] Water heater controller

So it's installed, it turns on. The nob on it is really finky. The anti
flow regulator thing on the out going side leaks slightly. I didn't
install the filters because we don't have any new filters for it and I
personally honestly don't care (which means I don't care for all of us).

So biggest problem is that it doesn't seem to want to allow any hot
water to flow in. I can feel the solenoid heat up (I'm guessing from
current going in) but still no hot water. I don't know if there's a clog
or if the solenoid is broken.
