[Darkroom] Photo development chemicals cut with distilled water?

Basically, if your chemicals are in any way equipped with loose ions (acids, dissolved salts, et.c.), they will be conductive.

If you just toss your electronics into distilled water you're fine, but many steps along the way use acids or salts that are happy to go exchange ions with their surroundings, and will be likely to be conductive.

You could cut a small amount of the chemical you want the way you want to cut it, and then measure conductivity with a multimeter...
