I think you might have to fudge it and say this came from your own
personal darkroom (which isn't too far from the truth), otherwise
businesses have to pay some fee for disposal. Also I'm not sure if we
get the jug back or not. Also note that there are now multiple liquid
containers that have fixer water waste. I'm hoping they've mostly been
labeled.

I'm traveling through the East Coast till the 6th of May. I'll be
happy to help after then if this doesn't get done sooner.
