[Darkroom] New Chems and a Question

Hey All,
I cooked up a new batch of paper developer last weekend and forgot to throw a birth date on it, but it's nice and fresh. Just FYI.  Enjoy!
Also, I been using the darkroom since the start o he summer and have a quick question. Whats the rough policy on all the photo paper in the bins? If its unlabeled is it free game? Is it give and take? Donations?
