[Darkroom] Lightning talks!

I think something like this could be super cool, especially if it were open
to any type of photo talks (mobile photography, film development, photo
projects, camera hacks, glitch art, etc).

I'd volunteer to talk about something if this happened and I filled out the
Doodle thing (I think). Thanks for proposing.
