[Darkroom] Waste water

So we now have a ton of waste water again. It's been accumulated in
smaller containers, whatever people can find, including ones that
don't seal well, like a beer bottle with tape on its lid opening. This
brings up two issues...

1. Does anyone want to be a brave volunteer and take the waste water
down to Recology again?

2. Should we make it a requirement to pack out your own waste water,
to not leave it in the space for some faceless person to deal with it?

This is very much turning into a problem so it would be nice to see
some discussion about it from folks using the space. Thanks.
