[Darkroom] Waste removal and the D76

Shout out to Eric and Bruce for taking care of the waste that was piling up in the darkroom corner. Hopefully we can find a way to manage that stuff before it piles up again. 

I checked out our chemicals and noticed that the batch of D76 we made a few weeks ago is significantly smaller. The bottle is also covered with some white stuff, which could just be dried developer. Anyone know what happened? I just wanna make sure the developer is still safe to use.
