[Fab] Laser Cutter room Construction planned for Thursday evening & Z axis Rotary Wheel

As a newly trained (thanks Alan!) laser user, I'm all in favor of
things which make it better for the rest of the space. I'd love to
help, but my Thursday is crazy. If there's more work to be done at a
future date, I'm in.
