[Fab] Laser cutter fuse blown

It looks like there's a blown fuse in the laser cutter. Robert and I did
some experimentation, and it looks like the problem has to do with the
fluorescent light in the cutter. No idea why that would blow the fuse, but
with the tube pulled, a 1A fuse allowed the cutter to at least power up and
do some low-power test etching. (The 1A didn't make it through a 100% power
acrylic cut, though.)

I picked up a 5-pack of 10A replacements this afternoon. I'll replace the
blown one tomorrow or Wednesday.
