I haven't seen it yet but does a supply fund need to be setup?
Tank regulator and n2 supplies, distilled water, fan work, one time costs
for any electrical runs to the work area...  rainy day maintainance costs.

Things to do...

* Create some safety information about the cutter and what not, print it
up and throw it on the wiki.

* Write down the password for their download site on the laser cutter or
on the wall behind it.
* Get a copy of the software on a machine in the space for others to
download and use locally.
* Spell out instructions on how to setup and use the software.
