[Fab] Laser belt tension is off

The belt is in fine shape. It just needs to have the tension fine-tuned. I tried to do so, and improved it, but it's not perfect. There must be someone cleverer than me, hence the email.
I left the requisite hex key on top of the power meter, so if anyone gets a chance, please try.
