[Fab] Laser cutter

The only trouble I see with that tact is ventilation related. Wood in
the machine makes smoke. Smoking at a rate faster than the fans can
evacuate the smoke will cause the machine to fowl, cut to degrade, and
cranky bastards complaining about the laser.

I am most worried about the later because I have already been bothered
by politically motivated dicks with axes to grind. So far, only idle
threats about NB not being a place for a laser engraver, but I don't
take them lightly. Not because I want to make these people
happy...no...because I want a fucking laser engraver.

Which brings me to a point that NONE of these aforementioned dicks has
made, even though I said I would back them up on it if they did:

Lots of people want to move the dirty shop. Some want it in the back,
some want it off a short pier. Being a do-a-crazy, if they don't
bring it up on the list, they don't get their way, period. I'm happy
with that. But, in the interest of prosperity, I have the following
suggestion: Swap the back classroom with the dirty shop, partition the
areas in any legal and legitimate way possible to prevent noise, dust,
and fumes from spreading. Vent-vent-vent. What is good for the dirty
shop is good for the laser.

When it's time, I will help the move from start to finish because I
use both of these areas...but...until they bring it up, I say fuck'em.
