[Fab] maxnc config files

Hi noisebrige fab folks!

Im maxD from Foulab, Montreal's hackerspace.

I recently acquired a maxnc 10 and am currently setting it up with emc2.
Googling around for doc I found your well documented wiki page! I was
wondering if I could have a copy of the emc2 maxnc config file. I am having
some issues fine tuning the stepper timing...
