[Fab] replacing the silk screen in a frame

howdy, fellow fabbers,

I was screen printing at NB last night and left the screen alone for a
bit too long; now there is a bit of paint that is permanently dried.
Sorry about that.  (Side note: it dries way quickly! Damn!)

I'm going to replace silk in the frame tonight at about 8. I've not done
this before. It looks easy enough, but if anyone has pointers, I'd love
them.
