[Fab] PLA: Recycle or Compost

You can compost it! :)

Recyling is not recommended, from what I've read, since PET is the more
common recycled plastic and shouldn't be mixed with PLA. Recycling PLA
specificially does not seem to be a thing, either - just compost it.
