[Fab] Vinyl cutter is looking good.

Sadly, we don't have enough for the 50" model.

Anyways, it looks like the 28" MH is the one to get. That leaves us $85 
to spend on vinyl. Any requests?

If everyone is satisfied with the machine, let's pool the $$ and order this!
