[Fab] Vinyl cutter is looking good.

Sweet. We've got $545, plus any matching donations. The 50" cutter 
w/shipping is $410. The time has come. Give me / noisebridge your monies!

That leaves us $135 to go wild buying vinyl. If anyone has specific 
requests, update the wiki. Otherwise I'll just get a selection of colors 
plus transfer tape.
