[Fab] Ultimaker fixed, and no 3D Thursday for a couple weeks.

First the good news : I fixed the (ulti)Maker at Noisebridge.  Let's see how long that lasts...  I'm trying to figure out how to post a Slic3r profile to the wiki, but in the mean time...  It runs 1.75mm PLA only, because the carriage is made from PLA and will melt at ABS temps.  The nozzle (might be) 0.40mm, and it's printing pretty well on an unheated bed with blue painters tape.  Also, the Z homing is a little wonky, and you hafta manually adjust it to get the first layer sticking well.

Next, some scheduling stuff.  I'm unavailable to host 3D Thursday the next two weeks, so unless someone else steps up to host, it might not happen.  I'd love it if more people started coming regularly, and the group became self sustaining, but it seems to be mostly folks coming once.  What are we doing wrong?!?!?  : /    Lol.

Also, we're planning a big build session to upgrade the Reprap Prusa into a Reprap Mendel90.  It'll prolly happen on a weekend soon, so watch out for the invite if you're interested.
