[German] Attendance - RSVP when you want a German session (restart after BM 2009)

Hi,

BM is a time consuming endeavor!! 

Future installments/content of German sessions will be based upon RSVP 

If there are no RSVPs for a session, I'll go do something else. Instead of guessing whether people are coming, I'll gather that people are other places, doing other things. And I'll go and do that other thing too : )
