[German] 05/15/09 notes - Super! Danke-notes added & how to type umlauts.

Good idea!  It'd be nice for folks thinking about coming in to be able to
review the pages on the wiki without having to dig through the archives, and
updates and corrections can be made directly to the page (using talk for the
page, of course)
