[German] Native speaker is happy to help out today and maybe next week

I don't know German well at all.  I keep learning a bit when I go to Congress each year, but then forget it all from disuse for the rest of the year (and by filling my poor little brain with other languages as I travel).  But if it's OK to come at this level, I'd enjoy the chance to speak a bit of German.
