  I'm sorry for sleeping through my class on Tuesday. I'd been
  awake for a very long time at 14:00 that day when I finally
  went to sleep (until 06:00 Wednesday morning).

  Long story short, I had a string of very interesting
  conversations with Geoff -- who's very bright -- from Monday
  until roughly 10:00 in the morning Tuesday. Then I tried to do
  some work and kept falling asleep so I thought "I'll just go
  home and take a nap..."
