[Noisebridge Lockers] New lockers!

1. Twenty-three new lockers were added to Noisebridge recently
2. Nine or ten lockers remain unclaimed. Come get yours now!
3. Make sure you really need one before claiming it
4. Put a padlock on it if you do!
5. Put your email or Slack ID on it!  On masking tape. When locker
utilization is reviewed we'll contact you to find out if 1) You're still
using the locker, and 2) You're still active at Noisebridge
6. Channel #lockers was added to noisebridge.slack.com recently
