[Noisebridge Lockers] Looking for locker.

Hi.

The way to determine if any lockers are old and abandoned is to ask around
in the space and on the mailing lists if anyone is no longer using their
locker and willing to give it up and/or to go through the locker garbage
collection process (which takes longer, but is more likely to create an
available locker). The garbage collection process takes a while though and
is outlined on the Wiki here:
