[ml] meetup Wednesday, 4/13 @ 8:00pm

I'm going to try and start up weekly machine-learning meetups
at noisebridge, Wednesdays at 8:00pm, starting 4/14, tomorrow!

Please stop by and let's talk about what we can work together on
and some topics we can present. For next week I'm willing to give
a short primer on linear regression.

I've never been to Noisebridge, so if for some reason I can't get
inside, or there's no space, we'll have to meet in a dirty alleyway
somewhere. The dirtiest one we can find.
