[ml] ml Digest, Vol 6, Issue 4

I would love to make it tonight but have a prior engagement.  For sure
next week.

If someone can send an update to this list of what went on that would be great.

FYI: I submit a proposal to have participants pick a ML subject and
plan a presentation to the group.  For example I was thinking of doing
an overview of OpenCV library (I'm not an expert at all and it would
be a very basic presentation of what the OpenCV library is and some
possibilites of what it can be used for in the ML space).
