[ml] Hadoop/Pig/Streaming setup instructions

Hey folks,

I've updated the README at http://github.com/voberoi/hadoop-mrutils with
instructions to set up and/or use Hadoop, Pig, and Hadoop Streaming. Let me
know if any of it is unclear/if it doesn't work.

I'd recommend setting up Pig for tonight, since I'll be walking through a
couple of examples where we transform data using Pig. It'll be neat but not
entirely necessary to set up AWS and Elastic MapReduce.
