[ml] pybrain and deep nets next?

I just went through the (mildly painful) process of installing
the latest version of Python/Numpy/Scipy/PyBrain on my
mac and wrote down the instructions:

If you can, please get things installed before showing up
tomorrow. If not - no problem, we'll work through it!
