Let's give this another try...last time I tried to attach the posting, but I
think that's not allowed:

Hi all, I hope this is an appropriate use of the mailing list - if not, feel
free to correct me.  I'm starting a new job at Kaiser in late July, and when
I do that my current position at the California Department of Public Health
will open up.  The position might be of interest to some people on this
list, especially they're looking for work experience involving real-world
data (sometimes a hard thing to develop.)

You'll need experience with some kind of statistical and data analysis
software (SAS, R, SQL, etc.)  The pay is low-to-average, the people and work
environment are wonderful, and the location is horrible (Richmond - the East
Bay one, not the Inner Richmond.)  If you have questions, I can fill you in
as best I can.
