[ml] Intel Threading Challenge

Intel is currently running a contest in case anyone is interested.

The prize is a trip to SF so not much incentive there prize wise, but just
wanted to put this out there. I think they are giving access to run code on
some fairly big machines so it might be interesting just for that.

I included the ML list because of the recent discussion of optimization.
Might be a fun project to come up with algorithms that search for the best
way to thread.
