[ml] machine learning 10/17 @ 7:30pm: stanford ML course

We had a vote on this a while back and Monday worked out
for everyone who voted. I'm not going to argue back and forth
about what day is best - there is always going to be someone
who is left out.

However, it would be good for the meetups to be more adaptive,
so that people who want to attend specific meetups all decide
on which day works best for all of them. Let's do that for next
week.
