 I am currently studying HMM models for a class in which I am enrolled at
 SDSU in San  Diego, CA.  I found your webpage with the following example.
 Would it be possible to have a copy of the csv file you ran?  Did you
 publish any results or do you have any further discussion based on your
 program below?   Why did you choose not to use the general package HMM?
