[EEG] open eeg/ocz nia "success"

Hey Josh,

Welcome! Our group has lost a little momentum so it's great to hear
from new people.

Our grand plan was to build a multi-channel rig using multiple
OpenEEG boards. Several of us have built two-channel versions; the
digital motherboard will support up to six (three analog boards). We
have acquired a 19(?) -electrode head cap and Tracy built a nice
enclosure with mini-XLR jacks. We have some neurobiology, signal
processing and machine learning expertise on board, so now I think all
we need to do is to put everything together!

If you want to, skim the mailing list archives
https://www.noisebridge.net/pipermail/eeg/ and we look forward to
meeting you in person.

(To the group: I noticed our wiki page either disappeared in the reorg
or never existed, so I made one: https://www.noisebridge.net/wiki/EEG)

Cheers,

Jon
