[Neuro] Neuro Digest, Vol 31, Issue 3

I may have xome spare pcb's but I am missing most of the parts to populate
said pcb.  I could get you a pcb schematic and bom to order the parts
yourself though.  For around 50 dollars you can get enough parts to build
ten tdcs devices.
