[Noisebridge-announce] RPG: Paranoia

After discussions on noisebridge-discuss, I've decided to gamemaster a  
round of Paranoia during the next few months. I've created a brief

I've limited player slots to what I believe I can handle. Possibly, if  
demand is very high, David should run a parallell game.
