Tomorrow's Frontend Web Development class is more about just plain web development - or specifically, how the "frontend" and "backend" communicate. We're going to be talking about file transfer - and you'll learn a lot more than just how to upload files.

We will be setting up free, public, personal websites for everyone who stops by, though. We'll then walk through how file transfer clients and web browsers talk to servers, what caching is, what you pay for when you sign up for a web host, how to set up a webpage to load quickly, and a lot more.

Consider downloading FileZilla <http://filezilla-project.org> for a head start.

If you weren't at last week's class and would like to catch up, please come at 7:30pm and I'll quickly walk through turning a small mockup into HTML and CSS.

Otherwise, the class is at 8pm in the Church room on Monday! Hope to see you there!
