What: Tahoe-LAFS Summit Kickoff

Where: Noisebridge, 2169 Mission St, San Francisco

When: Monday, the 27th, starting at 19:00.  (Note: A previous
announcement to noisebridge-discuss incorrectly claimed the 29th.)


Details:

The Tahoe-LAFS Summit is a week of collaboration, design work, and
socializing.  Tahoe-LAFS is an open source, (mostly) decentralized
storage network which allows you to store and share files without
trusting the servers for privacy and only minimally trusting them for
availability.

This event is an opportunity to learn how to install Tahoe-LAFS, join
a storage grid, create your own, meet developers, match faces to IRC
nicks, announce your 0DAY, propose a sexier project name, create your
more-ossmer fork, or find/be minions for your favorite auxiliary
project.
