[Noisebridge-announce] Administriva: board election, officer selection, and other things that really shouldn't matter

A few clarifications about the voting process:

Voters present at the meeting now should cast ballots tonight. I have
the list of members in good standing, which is maintained by the
secretary and treasurer, and I will give each person on the list one
ballot.

Eligible voters who are not present tonight should get a ballot from me
and cast it at some point between now and 9pm next Tuesday. At the very
least, I plan to be in the space from 7pm - 8pm on Thursday, and from
3pm - 4pm on Sunday. If you'd like me to meet you at Noisebridge another
time to give you a ballot, let me know and either I or another certified
noisebridge board election deputy will do our best to accomodate you.

If you are not in San Francisco and would like to vote by proxy, simply
let me know who you would like to designate as your proxy and I will
give them a ballot to vote on your behalf.
