Juggling with Judy!



*Saturday, June 1st*


Judy Finelli is the co-founder of the SF School of Circus Art (now the
Circus Center). She is here to spread her knowledge! All you'll need is
your enthusiasm, and she'll guide you through the rest!

 *When?*: 10:30 am till 12:10pm – Saturday, June 1.
Optimal class size is approximately 8-10.
Classes will start & end on-time.
(Judy also teaches at a different space, Sons of Cayuga, 915 Cayuga [near
Ocean Ave.] at 1 pm.)

*Where?*: the "Church" classroom, Noisebridge, 2169 Mission St., San
Francisco, CA 94103 (at 18th St., near 16th St. BART station).

*Why?: *To increase grey and white brain cells (we all need more of those,
right?)

*Who?*: You! No previous experience necessary.
*
*

*Cost?*: Free. All are welcome, $1 donations towards juggling supplies are
encouraged!

*With Whom?:* Judy Finelli, Juggling Instructor (one of the best juggling
teachers in the US with 40+ years’ experience).


Besides the aforementioned brain cell additions, some of you might be
familiar with the latest studies on "cycles" and circadian rhythms as they

Apparently, too much rest or too much exertion is bad. Making waves (with
your heart rate) is beneficial. So breaking up that long computer session
and getting some exercise is actually a good thing. Of course, you don't
have to juggle, although it is a fun thing to do, and it really will
increase brain cells. But you could: jump rope, dance, swim, do jumping
jacks or other aerobic exercise, or ? So come on over to the church
classroom at Noisebridge and astound yourselves!
