Lesson about how to use elastic search with rails

We will learn how to use elasticsearch (through the [elasticsearch gem](https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch-ruby)) with your rails application to be able to search in your app. We'll create a new rails project for that. Have rails installed, scan-read about elastic search [here](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elasticsearch)
