[Noisebridge-announce] Let's build a browser engine ! Layout, March 22

Previously, we implemented:
- an HTML parser and a simple DOM.
- A CSS parser and we styled the DOM

Tomorrow, we'll implement the layout of the DOM tree which will turn it
into a series of "boxes" that the browser will be able to render.

Feel free to come even if you didn't attend the previous workshops, as each
workshop is self-contained.
