about Project Persephone, an inexpensive entry-point to space for your
microsatellite projects destined for low equatorial orbit.

disaster warning, environmental monitoring and emergency communications
* Prototype exovivaria - closed ecosystems inside satellites, to be
maintained from Earth telebotically, and democratically governed by a
global commmunity.

especially in areas that might someday host projectile space launch.
