[Noisebridge-announce] laser is fixed

Hi all,
In case you were wondering, the laser cutter is functioning again. There is
still duct tape on the tube, so be careful. But the blockage preventing the
laser from coming out of the tube has been resolved (Thanks to Justin
removing a broken adaptor piece that made its way inside).

Ongoing work for a more stable solution is happening in the #laser channel
on Slack.
